Enrolment Fees and Charges

Fees explained:

This information applies to the annual fees, levies and charges applicable in the 2027 school year. The Curriculum Levy is to be paid in Term 1.

Tuition Fees: The Commonwealth Government requires a contribution from Catholic Schools to cover a proportion of the school’s financial costs. The Tuition Fee at St Padre Pio CPS is incremental for each student from the one family.

Capital Fee:   This cost helps cover the repayment of building finance and costs and the development of the building Master Plan. As a new school about to embark on Stage 2 of this plan, there are significant and important capital works being completed. This fee has been reassessed and adjusted to more accurately reflect the building journey St Padre Pio is working through.

Curriculum Levy:  This covers the cost of the stationery items (books, glue, pencils, paper, etc) and excursions.

IT Levy:  This covers a proportion of the costs involved in maintaining the school’s Information Technology programs and equipment.

**Potential additional costs for 2027 may involve a day camp experience (senior students) and Grade 6 Graduation – all To Be Confirmed.

Payments can be made using VISA or Master Card, in full or by instalments through our direct debit payment facility (fortnightly, monthly, termly).

The direct debit option allows families to spread the annual payment across the year.

If your family is experiencing financial difficulties that affects your ability to pay school fees, please contact the Office Manager to make an appointment with the principal.

Banking details for direct debit will be provided early in Term 1.
